Lead Your Nonprofit
with Confidence

Your confidence grows when you
ditch survival mode and learn to thrive!

Kathy Archer 🌸
Leadership Development Coach
Being a leader doesn't mean you have to live in survival mode!
The constant state of overwhelm you feel, ongoing workplace drama, or an unsupportive team or boss may have left you wondering if you have what it takes to lead.

I've been there too. That doubt leaves you anything but confident! It's not fun!

It doesn't have to be that way!
Hey my dear,

I'm Kathy Archer, a Leadership Development Coach, and I was once in your shoes! I led nonprofit teams for many years!

I often felt exhausted, scared, frustrated and was not sure I was measuring up. My confidence wavered. I was stuck in survival mode, constantly about to unravel and barely hanging on.
Become a Confident  Woman Leader
I simply wanted to feel competent, confident and content as a leader and in my life!

Finally, at the end of my rope, I created a plan that helped me to grow my skills and develop confidence. As I took action, I became more competent, and I found my way out.

Since, I have coached hundreds of
everyday women leaders, just like you, to do the same.
