I totally agree when you said that a leader who is continuously learning and growing is strong, confident, and capable. I can imagine how those types of people would probably consider undergoing training programs from a leadership development consulting company because they would want to improve themselves continuously. And that means that a facility or organization should also consider investing in those types of programs not just for them as the managers or owners, but also for their other workers who might have the potential to become a leader someday.
