​The one who stayed late, held back tears, and kept wondering if she was cut out for leadership.  

It wasn’t until I realigned with my values and stopped pretending to lead like someone I wasn’t that everything changed—for me, for my team, and for the life I wanted to live outside of work.

Now I help other women do the same. And we are going to do that together with this Character Driven Leadership for Women Book Club.
