Saying No and Meaning it

Saying no isn't always easy. However, if you are working on prioritizing work that is truly important, you are going to have to say no to some other things. 

When you say yes, you are also saying no.
Remember, saying yes takes you away from other things. If you say yes to too much work, you are saying no to your health, your family and your other commitments.
