It's 2 AM, and you're doing it again!

Running through tomorrow's meeting in your head. Should you bring up that concern with your Program Director? Push back on the board's latest "suggestion"? Say yes to that new grant opportunity even though your team is already stretched thin?
Picture
Every decision feels like it could be the wrong one. And the weight of it is crushing
Here's the thing: This isn't just about you looking bad. When you second-guess yourself, programs suffer. Clients don't get the service they deserve. Your team loses direction. The mission you care so deeply about gets stuck because you can't quite trust yourself to lead it forward.

You know you're capable. You've proven it before.

But right now? You're exhausted from the constant mental loop of:
"Am I doing this right? What if I mess this up? Maybe I'm not cut out for this after all."
I get it. I've been there. I spent years as a nonprofit leader before I learned what I'm about to teach you.

Confidence isn't something you wait to feel. It's something you build.

And you build it with a system.
That's exactly what you'll get in this 6-week Book Club. We'll work through my book Mastering Confidence together, not just reading it, but actually applying the framework to your real leadership challenges right now.
Picture

This isn't theory. It's a framework you'll use to:

  • Make decisions without the 2 AM spiral
  • Handle difficult conversations with your board, staff, or funders
  • Lead with clarity instead of constant second-guessing
  • Trust yourself again
You'll learn how to recognize when your confidence is shaky, understand what's actually happening underneath that doubt, and shift yourself back into grounded, clear-headed leadership.

And you'll practice it in real-time with coaching and support.

"To have a go-to SYSTEM to use to help myself master confidence, not just in the workplace, but anywhere in my life is priceless. I loved the personal stories from Kathy. I could relate to the struggles, and it brought the concepts to life."
— Renee Lyon
Yes, I'm Ready for This

Here's how it works:

Every Friday from 12:00-1:30 PM Mountain Time, we meet live on Zoom for 90 minutes.

What happens on the calls:
  • I teach the concepts from that week's reading
  • We discuss how they apply to your actual leadership situations
  • You get coached, both individually and as a group, on what you're dealing with right now
  • You connect with other nonprofit leaders who actually understand what it's like

Between sessions, you'll:
  • Read the assigned chapters (about 30-45 minutes). You can listen to the audio version.
  • Complete short exercises designed to build your personal confidence framework

Why this format works:
Because I keep these groups intentionally small. You're not sitting in a webinar with 100 people where you can hide in the chat.
This is an intimate learning community where you get real coaching, real support, and real transformation.

The 6-Week Journey:

Picture
Week 1: Wavering Confidence & The Basics
We start by understanding why your confidence wavers and introduce you to your new decision-making system.
Week 2: Courage
Learn the relationship between courage and confidence, and practice "courage warm-ups" for the situations that scare you most.
Week 3: Going Within
Discover who you really are: your values, strengths, and unique leadership style. (This is where a lot of women have breakthroughs.)
Week 4: Emotional Intelligence
Build the skill that separates confident leaders from everyone else: understanding and managing emotions (yours and others').
Week 5: The Pause
Learn to stop reacting and start responding. This is the skill that will save you from making decisions you regret.
Week 6: Integration & Your Path Forward
Pull it all together and create your personal system for maintaining confidence long after our time together ends
"Step by step, she leads you through exercises to build your confidence and grow your leadership as well as a couple of quick tools to give you an instant boost (which we can all use from time to time)."
— Patricia
I Want This System

By the end of 6 weeks, you'll have:

  • A proven system for rebuilding confidence whenever it wavers
  • Practice handling the exact leadership situations that currently drain you
  • Tools to make decisions without the mental spiral
  • A clearer sense of yourself as a leader and the ability to trust that
  • A community of women who understand the unique challenges of nonprofit leadership

Picture
But here's what matters most: You'll stop waking up at 2 AM questioning every decision. You'll walk into that board meeting knowing exactly what you need to say. You'll handle that difficult conversation with your staff member without replaying it for three days afterward.

You'll lead like you know what you're doing. Because you will.

This is for you if:

√ You're a nonprofit leader who genuinely cares about doing this work well, but right now you're overwhelmed and second-guessing yourself more than you'd like to admit.
√ You're tired of the constant mental loop, and you want a practical way to feel confident again. Not someday, but in the actual situations you're facing this month.
√ You're willing to show up, do the reading, and be honest about where you're struggling. This isn't a passive program. It works when you work it.
√ You want personalized coaching and a real connection with other leaders, not a recorded course you'll watch alone.

The details:

When: 6 weekly sessions starting March 6, 2026
Fridays 12:00-1:30 PM Mountain Time (with a break for Good Friday)
Format: Live Zoom calls (not recorded—you need to show up)
Investment: $197
What you'll need: A copy of Mastering Confidence (available on Amazon, Audible, or check your local library)
Group size: Kept intentionally small for personalized coaching and real community

Will this actually work for me?

"I'm already so busy. How will I fit this in?"
I get it, you're running an entire organization. That's exactly why this is designed to be doable. 90 minutes once a week, plus 30-45 minutes of reading and exercises. You're not adding overwhelm; you're addressing what's already draining your energy.
Think about it: How much time are you spending right now lying awake at night second-guessing decisions? Avoiding difficult conversations? Replaying interactions in your head? This program gives you back that time.

"What if I can't make all the calls?"
The coaching and community are what make this program work, so it's important to prioritize showing up live. Calls aren't recorded because the intimacy and vulnerability we create in our small group doesn't work when people know it's being recorded.
That said, if you miss a session, you'll still have access to our private community where you can catch up on key concepts and get support between calls.

"I'm not sure I can commit to 6 weeks right now."
Six weeks is less than two months. The alternative? Six more months (or years) of second-guessing yourself, avoiding hard conversations, and feeling drained at the end of every day.
Here's the truth: Nothing changes until you decide to change it. And the best time to start building confidence is when you need it most—which is now.

"What if I don't like it?"
Show up to the first session. If you realize this isn't what you need, email me within 24 hours and I'll refund you 100%. No questions asked. I'm confident this will help you, but I also know you need to feel good about your investment.

About Me:

I'm Kathy Archer, a leadership development coach, author, and former nonprofit leader.

I wrote Mastering Confidence in 2016 after spending years leading in the nonprofit sector myself.
I know what it's like to lie awake at 2 AM questioning every decision.
To feel like you're failing your team even when you're working 60-hour weeks.
To wonder if you're actually cut out for this.
Picture
That's why I do this work now. I help women nonprofit leaders who feel overwhelmed, isolated, and burned out build the confidence and skills to lead well without sacrificing themselves in the process.

I've coached hundreds of leaders through this exact framework. It works. But it works because you work it, with support, coaching, and a community of women who understand what you're going through.

Here's what happens next:

You can keep hoping your confidence will magically return. Or you can learn the system that lets you rebuild it whenever you need to.
This Book Club starts March 6, 2026
March 6 - April 17, 2026 (6 sessions with Good Friday off)
Registration closes when the program begins.
The investment is $197
You're getting a system you'll use for the rest of your leadership career.

I'm happy to chat with you about whether this is the right fit.
~ Kathy

P.S. You deserve to lead without constantly questioning yourself.

Your team deserves a leader who makes decisions with clarity. Your mission deserves a leader who shows up confident and grounded.
Six weeks from now, you can still be lying awake at 2 AM. Or you can have a system that actually works.
The choice is yours.
