Your nonprofit team is continually training people.
But if you are like many nonprofit leaders, you're not sure if it's very effective. The truth is, you likely were not taught how to teach. Most nonprofit leaders are industry experts, i.e. social workers, human services workers, child care workers etc. Yet, we think we should be able to figure it out. When we do that, sometimes we create less than stellar training experience. In this session, you'll learn to create effective and engaging learning experiences with Beth Cougler Blom! Beth is a design expert. She knows how to create learning experiences that engage! Dive in and learn the 3 C's of designing a great learning experience! ABOUT Beth Beth has helped clients, large and small, in all sectors design and facilitate great learning experiences, face-to-face and online.
