Hi, I'm Kathy

I help you lead with confidence, so that you can enjoy impactful leadership!

I am a Leadership Development Coach now, but I didn't start out that way. 

• I am a Child and Youth Care graduate, and after years in leadership, I obtained my leadership degree.
• I spent 25 years in the social profit / nonprofit sector

During that time, I was a youth worker, home visitor, and family support worker before moving into a variety of leadership roles.
​
I worked with vulnerable youth, families involved in the child protection system, individuals with disabilities and those with FASD. 

Now, I coach, teach and mentor women like you to lead with confidence!
