You can, when you join The Training Library. Think of it as a library of resources to help you lead with competence, confidence and with composure intact. You decide what training you need when you need it. Your "library card" or your subscription to the membership gives you on-demand access to a library of leadership and personal development courses to help you develop yourself and your leadership capacity.

• Oodles of self-reflective worksheets to guide your exploration of your authentic leadership style, grow your emotional intelligence and prepare for conversations and meetings.
• Templates, training and tools to help you create your own personal and professional curriculum for leadership development. 

Fresh and relevant new content is added monthly to keep you engaged and excited as you expand your leadership skills and grow yourself.

Group calls:
You can join monthly live sessions to connect with other women leaders, ask me questions and deepen your learning.

Individual Leadership Development Coaching

Individual coaching is designed to help you become a better leader and reach your full potential in both leadership and life.
You choose the number of sessions you want over three, six months or a year, and I'll invoice you.

• I recommend at least one to two monthly sessions and, ideally, at least three sessions to get the full benefits. 

If you would like, we can incorporate the Clifton Strengths Finder into the sessions to help you lead with your strengths.

Get a 360 review of your performance 

When was the last time you had a valuable performance review? Many leaders don't get them regularly, and some never have them. Often, the person completing the review doesn't know you very well. When you complete a Leadership Circle Profile, you get feedback from your boss, peers, community peers, and those reporting to you. 


Together, we decide who would be best to provide feedback on your performance. Then, all evaluators complete their feedback online. Finally, we unpack the results, develop goals and begin to work on developing yourself in the areas you choose to work on. The process takes place over several coaching sessions.

Learn to lead with your strength of character in  this group coaching experience

Join this transformative 6-month training experience and feel more empowered in your nonprofit leadership role.

The Character Driven Leadership course is a 6-month, online immersive character development experience that is interactive and involves both individual and group character development coaching and mentoring. It involves the following components:

Training to transform your leadership & your life

• Monthly 1-1 coaching 
• Monthly group mentoring calls 
• Monthly peer-to-peer networking calls 
• Online training with videos and self-study guides 
• The development of a roadmap to guide your journey 

Week after week, you will learn to get to know yourself better and will begin to craft your vision for the future, identifying

Then, you'll learn to take steps to do that.

Components of the training

1. Each leadership team member completes their Clifton Strengths
2. Three one-to-one coaching sessions with each team member to understand and intentionally apply their strengths.
3. Three group coaching to understand how you and your team can work together to lead your organization with a strength-focused approach.
