The Leadership Circle Profile Assessment

The Leadership Circle Profile (TLC) is a 360 assessment that I use with many of the women leaders I work with. TLC profile gathers confidential feedback from your peers, colleagues, boss, subordinates and community members. This gives you a better sense of the impact you have on those around you.

TLC assesses the 5 areas above.

Results of the TLC reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive your behavior. What that means is, it looks at why you do what you do, and how your thoughts make you act in a certain way.

By taking a look at the impact you currently have in your organization and on those around you, you can determine whether your thoughts, assumptions, and behaviors are getting you the results you are seeking. If not the results point you in the direction, you will want to look for future growth and development.
