ABOUT STACEY Hello, my name is Stacey Messner, Leader in HR, and I provide insight, wisdom, and support to leaders in gaining clarity and direction in their HR skills so they can make a positive difference in the jobs they do. I am a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in Alberta and operate a human resourcesconsulting practice for small and medium sized organizations in the North Peace Region. I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with specialties in workplace assessment, professional development and training, conflict resolution, and HR special projects - HR organizational change management, the hiring process, policy and procedure development, performance management programs, orientation and onboarding, job description and wage review, employment lay-off and termination support. I earned my Human Resource Management Bachelor's degree from the University of Lethbridge, obtained certificates in Workplace Restoration and Fairness with the Workplace Fairness Institute of Canada, Change Management Practitioner with APMG (Association of Project Managers Group), training with ADRIA (Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta) in Conflict Management, and I am super excited to be completing my certification with the University of Fredericton in Psychological Safe and Healthy Workplaces, and as a mediator with the ADR Learning Institute in 2021. I live in the Alberta North Peace Country with my husband and energetic twins and have come to enjoy the beauty and various activities the region has to offer.
