To earn respect, first, you have to give respect. And if you don't give, then you can't earn. And if you don't earn respect, then you can't build your credibility as a leader. As trust is an essential asset, so, you have to convince people that you are dependable. You need to be accountable for your actions to earn credibility. Always keep your focus on your ambitions. Without relying on honesty, you can't be a credible pacemaker. Better you focus on the building blocks of credibility so that you can be an expert what you do.
